Why is my order is in status ”Processing”?

It means that we have received your payment and started working on your order. Once the order is ready and gets shipped, it will change to “Completed” You will also receive shipping and tracking information for your parcel at the same time.

Can I combine 2 separate orders?

If you don’t make the orders with a too long time frame between them, we will combine them for you. But don’t worry, we offer free shipping on all orders above 100 Euro.

I want to order for another person.

Just provide your billing address and a separate shipping address. Please be advised that the VAT, currency and taxes for the shipping address will be used.

Can I save my measurements to next time?

For the moment we advice you to save a note with your measurements. Shortly, you will be able to register here and create a user profile. You will be able to save your measurements, telephone number, shipping address etc. As long as your measurements are the same as last time, we guarantee that your garment will fit. Your credit card details are handled securely by our trusted payment partners so we cannot save them for you. What payment types do you offer?

Payment can be made by the credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards via Stripe payment service which is PCI-DSS-certified. Payment can also be made through Paypal in the countries where they offer their services.

Does the price include shipping?

Within the European Community, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, the price you pay includes everything. You don’t have to pay anything extra.

All our garments are produced in Asia by certified partners. Our partners run their own businesses and make fair profits. We have overview of working conditions and guarantee that fair working and trade conditions. We follow all labour rules and regulations and all labour protection acts.


How long is the delivery time?

We offer the fastest delivery in the industry. Immediately when we receive your order, our highly skilled tailors will start producing your garment. The estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks. You can follow your order through DHL’s tracking system.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries in the world. If your country is in the list, we ship to your country. If you don’t find your country and want to buy from us, please contact us and we will solve if for you. We always try to do everything for our customers.

My garment does not fit. What do I do?

Please refer to our Fit guarantee* and our Returns and alterations* policy.

My garment has stains on it when I unpacked it.

On rare occasions there are remains of the tailors chalk left on the fabric and sometimes ironing marks. Just wash the garment according to the washing instructions. If there still is a stain, please contact us* immediately and we will can further look into it for you.

Can I return my garment?

Since all out products are made exclusively for you after your personal measurements, we cannot resell them, hence they cannot be returned. If you have a problem with the fit, please refer to our fit guarantee.

Can I avoid having your newsletter?

Yes. There is an unsubscribe link that you can click on and you will also have a confirmation. You can also contact our Customer support* or de-select it in your user profile when logged in.

Can you please delete all my data from your system?

Yes, just contact us* and we will completely remove everything and send you a confirmation.
