All orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above 100€ within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Orders below 100€ are charged a flat shipping fee of 15€.
For destinations outside Europe, we provide competitive international shipping rates depending on country and delivery method.
Delivery time
Each garment is individually made to order by experienced tailors.
Production normally takes approximately 2–3 weeks depending on garment type, fabric selection and seasonal workload.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by e-mail. If a phone number was provided during checkout, delivery updates may also be sent by SMS.
Shipping partners
Orders are delivered by trusted international carriers such as UPS and DHL.
Depending on your location and selected shipping method, delivery may be made directly to your address or to a local collection point.
Packaging
Your garments are carefully inspected, pressed and professionally packaged before shipment to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
