These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through falcontailor.com with delivery to the United Kingdom.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. About Falcontailor
Falcontailor is an online tailoring service specialising in made-to-measure garments, including suits, jackets, trousers and shirts.
All garments are individually produced based on the customer’s selected design options, measurements, fabrics and specifications.
Because our products are custom-made according to the customer’s individual requirements, certain consumer rights applicable to standard retail goods may differ.
2. Orders and custom-made products
Once an order has been completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully processed and production has started.
As all garments are individually made according to the customer’s specifications, orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled after production has begun.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, selected options and delivery information are accurate before placing the order.
Minor variations in colour, texture, pattern and finishing details may occur due to the natural characteristics of fabrics, screen settings and handcrafted tailoring.
3. Measurements and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
Falcontailor provides measurement guides and assistance intended to help customers achieve an excellent fit.
If adjustments are required after delivery, our Fit Guarantee and Returns & Alterations policies may apply.
4. Prices, VAT and customs
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply depending on the order value and applicable UK regulations. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Falcontailor reserves the right to correct pricing errors, technical errors or clearly incorrect information.
5. Production and delivery
All garments are individually produced after an order has been confirmed.
Estimated production and delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on workload, fabric availability, logistics and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delays do not normally entitle the customer to compensation.
Deliveries are made through trusted international shipping providers such as UPS and DHL.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that deliveries can be received or collected.
6. Shipping and unclaimed parcels
Applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Unclaimed or refused parcels may result in additional charges for return shipping, administration and re-delivery.
7. Fit Guarantee and alterations
Each Falcontailor garment is individually handmade under careful quality control.
If minor adjustments are required after delivery, Falcontailor may contribute towards local tailoring alterations or, where appropriate, offer a remake in accordance with our Returns & Alterations policy.
All requests are reviewed individually before approval.
8. Cancellation and right to cancel
Under UK consumer legislation, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not normally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.
As all Falcontailor garments are individually made according to the customer’s measurements and choices, orders are generally exempt from the standard right to cancel once production has begun.
If a customer wishes to request cancellation before production has started, Falcontailor may consider the request on a case-by-case basis.
9. Product appearance and fabrics
We make every effort to display fabrics, colours and products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, fabric batches and handcrafted production.
Natural fabrics may also develop character and softness over time through normal use.
10. Privacy and data protection
Falcontailor processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal information is only processed as necessary to handle orders, customer support, payments and legal obligations.

11. Intellectual property
All content on falcontailor.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and designs, is the property of Falcontailor or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
Falcontailor’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Falcontailor shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable UK law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law, except where mandatory UK consumer protection legislation applies.
Any dispute should first be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Falcontailor.
Customers in the United Kingdom may also have the right to pursue claims through the appropriate courts or consumer dispute mechanisms available under applicable law.
14. Force majeure
Falcontailor shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labour disputes, technical failures or disruptions affecting suppliers or shipping providers.
