Measure around the widest part of the chest. (typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples).

Make sure that measuring tape is not stretched too tight. (Place a finger between the chest and the measuring tape). But don't let it slip down.

Keep both arms by the side; take a normal breath, and measure.

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.

Neck

Measure around your neck where the collar normally rests. To give you an idea it is normally below Adam's apple and above the collar bone or sternal notch.

The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted. (Place a finger between the neck and the measuring tape).

Measure straight down the front from the base of the neck (right or left
side) to the length desired.

The length is an individual preference.

Shoulders

Immagine a line from your armpit straight up on the shoulder.

Measure between the outside part of the shoulder point along the curve to the outside part of the second shoulder.

Sleeves

Make sure that your arms are relaxed.

Measure from the end of the shoulder - via the elbow - to the level of the thumb base. (At the pinch, where the thumb and the base of the index finger intersect, approximately 2 cm above the index finger knuckle).

NB! You can make a note in the checkout step if you have different arm lengths on left and right arm.
