Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — please contact us as soon as possible. Since production starts quickly, changes may only be possible within a limited time after your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel and fully refund your order.
Do I need to measure myself before ordering?
No. You can place your order first and submit your measurements later at your convenience.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. You can use your billing details and provide a separate shipping address during checkout.
Measurements & Fit
How do I take my measurements?
We provide a simple step-by-step measurement guide and video to help you take your measurements at home.
What if I need help with measurements?
Our support team is happy to assist you if you have questions during the measuring process.
What if the fit is not perfect?
We offer a Fit Guarantee. If adjustments are needed, we will help cover local tailoring costs or remake the garment when necessary.

Do you offer alterations?
Yes. In rare cases where adjustments are needed, we provide support through our alteration policy.
Fabrics & Craftsmanship
What fabrics do you use?
We offer carefully selected fabrics from respected mills and suppliers, including wool, linen and cotton in a wide range of qualities and styles.

Are your suits canvassed?
Yes. Our suits are constructed with canvas and are not fused with glue. This provides better structure, comfort and longevity.
Where are the garments produced?
Our garments are crafted by carefully selected tailoring partners, including a small family-run tailoring workshop with a strong focus on quality, precision and traditional craftsmanship.
Delivery
How long does production take?
Most garments are individually made to order within approximately 2–3 weeks.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on destination country and shipping method. Tracking information is always provided once your order has been shipped.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through trusted international payment providers including Stripe and PayPal.
