These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through falcontailor.com outside Sweden, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.
By placing an order through Falcontailor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Falcontailor
Falcontailor is an online tailoring service specializing in made-to-measure garments, including suits, jackets, trousers and shirts.
All garments are individually produced based on the customer’s selected design options, measurements and fabric choices.
Because our products are custom-made, certain consumer rights that apply to standard retail products may differ.
2. Orders and custom-made products
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once production has started, orders for made-to-measure garments cannot normally be cancelled or modified.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all selected options, measurements, sizes, fabrics and delivery information are correct before placing the order.
Minor variations between garments, fabrics, colors, texture and finishing details may occur due to the handcrafted nature of tailoring and differences in screens and devices.
3. Measurements and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate body measurements and reviewing all order details carefully before completing the purchase.
Falcontailor provides measurement guides and support intended to help customers achieve an excellent fit.
If adjustments are required after delivery, our Fit Guarantee and Returns & Alterations policies may apply.
4. Prices, VAT and customs
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.
VAT handling may vary depending on delivery country and applicable local regulations.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Falcontailor reserves the right to adjust prices, taxes, shipping fees or currency settings without prior notice.
5. Production and delivery times
All garments are produced individually after an order has been confirmed.
Estimated production and delivery times displayed on the website are approximate and may vary depending on seasonal workload, fabric availability, logistics and shipping destination.
Delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances outside our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.
6. Shipping and unclaimed parcels
Orders are delivered through trusted international shipping partners such as UPS and DHL.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that deliveries can be received or collected when applicable.
Unclaimed parcels, refused deliveries or incorrect delivery information may result in additional shipping and handling charges.
7. Fit Guarantee and alterations
Falcontailor garments are individually handmade under careful quality control.
In the rare event that adjustments are required, Falcontailor may contribute towards local tailoring alterations or offer a remake solution in accordance with our Fit Guarantee and Returns & Alterations policies.
Alteration reimbursements are limited to the amounts specified in the applicable policy.
Falcontailor reserves the right to evaluate all alteration and remake requests before approval.
8. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Because Falcontailor products are individually made according to the customer’s specifications, they are generally exempt from standard rights of withdrawal applicable to ordinary retail products under EU consumer legislation.
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started and subject to approval by Falcontailor.
If a cancellation is approved after payment processing costs or administrative costs have occurred, reasonable deductions may apply.
9. Product appearance and fabrics
We make every effort to display fabrics, colors and product images as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in color, texture and appearance may occur depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, fabric batches and the handcrafted production process.
Natural fabrics may also develop character and softness over time through normal use.
10. Payments
Falcontailor accepts secure online payments through approved payment providers.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully completed and verified.
Falcontailor reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, abuse or unauthorized activity.
11. Privacy and data protection
Falcontailor processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Personal information is only collected and processed when necessary to provide our services, fulfill orders, handle customer communication and comply with legal obligations.

12. Intellectual property
All content on falcontailor.com, including designs, text, graphics, logos, photographs and visual material, is the property of Falcontailor or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of liability
Falcontailor’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Falcontailor shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, delays or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Any dispute arising in connection with purchases from Falcontailor shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Falcontailor.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the appropriate court or consumer dispute authority where required under applicable law.
15. Force majeure
Falcontailor shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supplier interruptions, governmental actions or technical failures.
