Measurements: Chest

• Measure around the widest part of the chest. (typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples).
• Make sure that measuring tape is not stretched too tight. (Place a finger between the chest and the measuring tape). But don’t let it slip down.
• Let your arms hang down by your sides, take a normal breath, and measure.
