Returns & Alterations
We take fit and quality seriously
Every Falcontailor garment is individually handmade under strict quality control and carefully reviewed before shipment.
Because each garment is made to order, minor alterations may occasionally be needed to achieve the ideal fit. In such cases, we are happy to contribute towards local tailoring adjustments or, when necessary, offer a remake solution.
Before requesting alterations
If the garment includes care instructions allowing washing or steaming before use, we recommend following them first, as fabrics naturally settle after handling and transportation.
How to request an alteration reimbursement
- Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order by e-mail at contact@falcontailor.com or through our Help & Contact page.
- Describe the fitting issue in as much detail as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs for evaluation before alterations are made.
- Once approved, please visit a local tailor within 7 days of delivery and request both an invoice and a description of the performed alterations.
- Send the invoice and alteration details to us by e-mail and keep all communication for reference.
Alteration contribution limits
Complete suit — 50€
Jacket — 30€
Trousers — 20€
Shirt — 15€
Any costs exceeding these amounts are the responsibility of the customer.
Remake policy
In the rare event that a garment cannot reasonably be adjusted, we may offer a remake.
If the original fabric is unavailable, a similar alternative fabric may be offered.
Returned garments may be donated to charitable organizations whenever appropriate.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
