Returns & Alterations
We take complaints very seriously
We have a Returns & Alteration Policy and will do everything we can to meet your demands.
All our products are hand-made under strict quality control. However, on rare occasions they need to be adjusted. Falcontailor guarantee a contribution towards a local tailoring service or if the product cannot be altered, we will remake it for you.
If your garment allows washing according to the care instructions inside it, please wash it first.
To claim adjustment refund:
- Please contact us on e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or on via our contact form on our Help & Contact page* as soon as possible from the delivery of your order. Describe your issue as detailed as possible. We might ask you to send photos. Wait for our approval.
- Take your garment to your local tailor within 7 days from the delivery of your order and ask him for an invoice and a description of the adjustments.
- Send the invoice to us on e-mail and please keep the e-mail history.
The local tailor adjustment refund covers these amounts:
Complete suit – 50 €
Separate jacket – 30 €
Separate trousers – 20 €
Shirt – 15 €
Any costs exceeding these must be paid by the customer.
If – against all odds – your garment cannot be adjusted, we will offer you a total remake. If the specific fabric would be unavailable, you might be asked to choose an alternative fabric. But don’t worry! We have plenty similar to choose from. You will be asked to send us the old garment in return and we will donate it to non-profit organizations. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
