Your data

We are not collecting, processing or using any of your data. Any generic data that potentially could be collected by the technical platform, internet provider or government is out of our control and responsibility and have no links to Falcontailor. Personal data is only being collected if you of your own accord register it during the purchase process and when creating a new customer account or registering for a newsletter. We will never sell, give away or forward your data to any external entity or government. We share your relevant personal data such as address only with the shipping company and the payment provider because it is necessary and only what is relevant. We do not share your personal data even with our own supply chain. Your order is identified through an impersonal unique serial number.

Your data is protected and we follow the very developed and modern Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204) from the 24th of October 1998. The Personal Data Act is based on Directive 95/46/EC which aims to prevent the violation of personal integrity in the processing of personal data. The Swedish Data Protection Authority (DPA) is a public authority whose task is to protect the individual’s privacy in the information society. The DPA works to prevent encroachment upon privacy through information and by issuing directives and codes of statutes. The DPA also handles complaints and carries out inspections.

From May 25, 2018 we follow the The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will replace the Swedish Personal Data Act. In fact – due to our serious approach to data privacy – we were already aligned with GDPR regulations in 2017. Complaints and inspections regarding data protection will be carried out by the new Swedish authority for integrity protection and EUGDPR.
