Measurements: Neck

• Measure around your neck where the collar normally rests. To give you an idea it is normally below Adam’s apple and above the collar bone or sternal notch.
• The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted. (Place a finger between the neck and the measuring tape).
